Dear Everyone at Botley's and Bijou, Extra-special praise need to go to the two Sarahs who ran proceedings with military precision, and were able to think two steps ahead of any potential obstacles and of course Jack who took over the night shift. Please pass on our sincerest gratitude to all the waiting and bar staff that worked on our day, all of whom performed their duties to the very highest level of professionalism. Everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, which was framed beautifully by the very pleasant weather, and how great the day was overall. We should also give a special mention to the chefs and catering. The food was good on our taster/testing sessions, but was utterly sublime on the day itself. The lamb was absolutely perfect, the starter great, and the desserts - considerably larger than anticipated - went down superbly. The DJ, Neil, did a top job as well - I noticed that there were people on the dance floor, literally for the entire time he was playing - something I've never witnessed before at a wedding. Finally, our biggest thanks should probably go to Ann, who did a fantastic job of planning, replying to our emails, listening to our concerns, enduring the silly disagreements between ourselves and in the end formulating a truly wonderful event. The Cutmore-Scotts should be (and I'm sure already are) very proud of the fantastic team effort and the very polished manner in which you managed our big day.
