Tell us a little about what you have to offer?
We have a huge range of music at our fingertips, covering many genres and styles. Classical arias and duets from many well known composers; old-style American jazz and blues; modern hits with an acoustic twist; and laid-back folk, country and easy listening are just some of the areas we draw inspiration from. Our versatility within these genres and our combined years of musical experience help us to enhance the atmosphere of your chosen theme.
How would you describe your style and what makes you unique?
Our music combines elements of the traditional vocal harmony singing of country, folk, pop and classical genres, presented as a polished, contemporary production.
We have diverse and extensive musical influences; having come from different performance backgrounds, Stephanie having trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in classical opera and operetta, Lizzie having studied musical theatre and contemporary and classical jazz, we each bring a broad repertoire which, when combined, creates an individual style and sound. In only a short time, we have established ourselves as an incredibly popular choice for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
Can couples come and see you perform live before booking you?
Absolutely. We perform regularly at local venues, restaurants and bars and update our website and social media with any information regarding events and gigs.
Do you take requests?
Yes - this is intrinsic to our ethos. We will happily learn up to four new songs that are important to you for your special day and will work with you both to create the perfect set list for the occasion.
Do you have a dress code?
Our wardrobe is smart, cocktail/evening dress however, if you have a particular colour theme, we can try and match!
How long is your set?
The wedding music packages we offer differ slightly but on average, we perform two, 45-minute sets.
If you could perform for any celebrity, who would it be for and why?
Such a difficult question! We both agree that there isn’t a current celebrity we aspire to perform for, but given the opportunity (and a time machine) the list of music legends we’d have loved to have performed with would range from Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Maria Callas, Billie Holiday, and Nat King Cole.
How far in advance should couples book you?
Ideally 6 months in advance, as working professional musicians, we like to get our diaries fixed, however we’re more than accommodating to last minute requests. It’s best to give us a call to discuss.
